The People Who Turn Up
No names here, just the trade. Every job is handled by licensed plumbers and gas fitters, and the work runs the same way each time: we inspect, we quote, you approve, then the tools come out.
Nothing gets started until you have said yes to a fixed figure. That matters because the number you agreed to is the number on the invoice, and it takes the guesswork out of a job that started as a drip at 7am.
"Communication was excellent, the quote was clear, and the work was completed promptly." Lily
What We Promise on Every Job
Four commitments hold on every call, whether it is a blocked sewer under a township cottage or a gas bayonet for a barbecue near the dunes.
- Available 24/7, so an after-hours fault still gets answered.
- It costs nothing to get us out to your door (excluding after-hours).
- We provide up-front, honest quotes that will always match the final price, should you decide to go ahead.
- 365-day warranty on all work.

Where the Run Reaches
On this side of the river. A short ferry crossing separates the peninsula from the CBD, and the ground here is sand, with surf along the eastern edge and the river behind. The salt-laden air here ages outdoor fittings faster than inland suburbs see, which shapes how we quote and what we recommend.
The same run reaches Fern Bay, Newcastle East, Newcastle and Carrington. To book, use the contact form or ring the number below.
